The main competitive hockey offering at Stone Hockey Club is the participation of both Men's and Ladies teams in the English Hockey League Pyramid on Saturdays. This competitive adult league hockey is open to players of all ages over 13, and all levels of ability are catered for.

Our Adult Saturday Hockey League provision is set to grow for the 2023/24 season with the addition of a Mens 5th Development XI which will give a fantastic opportunity to nurture and test some of our budding young juniors boys. This addition will increase our team numbers to 3x Ladies Teams and 5x Men's Teams which compete in Regional and Local Leagues. Our Ladies 1s are currently in the MRHAWL Midlands Division 2 North, while our Men's 1s are in the MRHA Midlands Division 3 North West.

Selection into our Saturday League Teams can be achieved by attending one of our Club Training sessions or Back 2 Hockey. For Junior players, the pathway into Saturday League hockey would be through our Badgers teams. Junior players from aged 13+ will be considered for selection into our Senior teams however it may be appropriate that they remain with the Badgers teams for optimal development until they reach School Year 10.
