Pre-Season Training has started again down at the club on Tuesday nights for Men from 730pm; from 18th August 2010 on Wednesday nights for Ladies;
Junior training will remain on Tuesday night (re-starting September 2010) - Please contact us for details. Please attend if you can.
All new members of any standard are very welcome to come along and see what we are about!
