The 98th Annual General Meeting of the Club, will be held on Sunday 21st of May at 6.45pm via Zoom for a 7pm start. The Zoom link and joining instructions are on the reverse of this letter.

For your information and consideration, attached is the agenda, the minutes of last year’s AGM and the Committee Roles and Responsibilities.

Finally, there is the small task of electing officers to the management committee. Please detail your interest to me at your earliest convenience but you can of course nominate yourself to a position on the evening of the AGM.

In addition to the AGM, we’ll also be updating the membership on other club matters such as the Clubhouse build and SHARC.

Please remember if you want to raise anything under AOB then you need to raise that with me 14 days before the AGM date as detailed on the agenda.
