Training has started again on Wednesday nights down at the club for Ladies from 7pm and Thursday nights for Men from 8pm. Junior training remains on Tuesday night from 7pm - Please contact us for details. Please attend if you can. All new members of any standard are very welcome to come along and see what we are about!
